Deposit
We charge a $100 deposit per quilt when you place an order. The balance will be charged when your order is complete. If you would like to cancel your order BEFORE we send you the Design Kit, we will refund the entire $100 deposit. If you decide to cancel AFTER we have already sent the kit, you can cancel within 60 days and we will return $75 of your initial deposit.
Coupons, Credits, Discounts, and Offers
All coupons, credits, discounts, and offers are one per customer and may not be combined with each other.
Delivery Deadlines
- A Guaranteed Delivery Fee ($10) is required any time you would like us to guarantee delivery by a specific date.
- A Rush Fee ($50) is required if you request your quilt returned within 14 days of receipt of your t-shirts at our shop.
- Even with a Rush Fee, your requested delivery date must be at least 7 days after receipt of your t-shirts for guaranteed delivery.
- Additional expedited shipping charges may be required for rush orders.
- Special rules apply to delivery during the Christmas Season (Thanksgiving Day until January 10th) – see below.
Christmas Season (Thanksgiving Day through January 10th) – Normal delivery times and rush fee guarantees don’t apply.
Christmas delivery is guaranteed if we receive your t-shirts by November 15th AND you indicate Christmas delivery on your order form. The details are below:
- Christmas delivery means delivery by December 24th. (We reserve the right to delivery on December 25th although it is unlikely.)
- Early Christmas delivery (December 23rd or earlier), you must add a rush fee. Delivery is not guaranteed though we will try. Additional air shipping charges may be required.
- If your t-shirts arrive after November 15th and you do not specify a due date, they will be completed AFTER Christmas Day, December 25th.
If your t-shirts arrive after November 15th and you select a rush fee on your order form, we will do our best to finish your quilt by Christmas. Delivery is not guaranteed and additional air shipping charges may be required.
Our Delivery Guarantee
- If we fail to deliver your quilt by our guaranteed delivery date as specified above, we will credit you 20% of the purchase price, not to exceed $50, as compensation for late delivery.
- Delivery guarantee requires that you indicated your delivery date, and, if required, selected a rush on your order form. Phone or email changes to the form are attempted but not guaranteed.
Warranty
Your quilt is guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for one year. In the event of such defects or if the shirts or quilt is damaged, our sole liability will be, at our discretion, to repair the defect to the extent possible or to refund an amount corresponding to the damage, not to exceed the original price of the quilt.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs the manner in which Quilted Memories LLC collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the www.mytshirtquilts.com website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Quilted Memories LLC.
Digital Media Use
We retain the original copyright to all images of quilts, which allows us to use them for advertising and other purposes. If you wish for your quilt to not be included in any advertising media you must send an email to info@mytshirtquilts.com specifically stating your restriction.
Sharing your personal information
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users’ personal identification information to others. We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission.
Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, etc. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.
Non-personal identification information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Our Site may use “cookies” to enhance User experience. Users’ web browsers place cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. Users may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If they do so, note that some parts of the Site may not function properly.

Quilted Memories LLC collects and uses Users’ personal information for the following purposes:

The email address Users provide for order processing, will only be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Site or telephone.
How we protect your information
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site. Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.
Changes to this privacy policy
Quilted Memories LLC has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
Arbitration
All disputes under this Policy that cannot be resolved by the parties shall be submitted to arbitration in Chicago, IL, under the rules and regulations of the American Arbitration Association. Either party may invoke this paragraph after providing thirty (30) days written notice to the other party. All costs of arbitration shall be divided equally between the parties. Any award may be enforced by a court of law.
Your acceptance of these terms
By placing an order on the phone or this website or shipping your shirts, you are accepting these terms and conditions.
By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this Policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
